First Day (mostly in the air)

Arriving at 5 in the morning at DIA,

not so much fun, 

but hey it was ok

Flight took off and everyone was tired.

Most of us slept, but some didn't.

It was a terrific flight to Dallas, 

but we took off again after eating lunch.

The second flight was rougher, but still not bad.

Landing in DC was amazing.  

Driving to Phillips, it was seafood, was a crazy drive.

There was a lot of traffic, but the drive was awesome.

We saw many sights and quite a few trees.

The food was ok, but the time together was better. 

We drove to the dance with our bus full of kids 

When we arrived we all were excited.

Inside there was refreshments and a live band, Fools and Horses.

At first it was slow, but it got better.

A guy started dancing and everyone followed.  

Many wanted to leave early, but when it was time

No one wanted to go.  

We danced and talked, 

but mostly had fun.

We left to the hotel and now everyone is asleep,

or at least quite anyways.

Today was fun, but tomorrow will be better.

We have much to do 

And hopefully good weather.
